The Dover Housing Authority (DHA) is requesting qualifications from licensed and experienced contractors to provide roof removal and installation services at Derby Estates located in Dover, Delaware.

Interested and qualified firms may obtain the full RFQ package beginning March 11, 2026 by contacting the Dover Housing Authority at 302.678.1965, [email protected], or by visiting the DHA administrative office at 76 Stevenson Drive, Dover, De 19901 during normal business hours.

Responses must be submitted no later than March 20, 2026 at 4:00pm.

This project may be subject to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, which requires that, to the greatest extent feasible, opportunities for training and employment be given to low- and very low-income residents, and that contracts for work in connection with this project be awarded to Section 3 business concerns.

The Dover Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive

informalities, and accept the submission deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority.
