At the Dover Housing Authority, we are committed to ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment for all our residents. If you are experiencing any issues within your unit or community space, maintenance requests can be submitted through our designated request portal or by contacting the DHA office directly. Emergency maintenance issues — such as water leaks, power outages, or safety hazards — should be reported immediately by phone to ensure prompt attention. Routine requests are typically addressed during regular business hours. We encourage residents to report maintenance needs as soon as they arise to help us maintain the quality and safety of our housing communities. Rent payments are due on the first of each month. Payments can be submitted online, by mail, or in person at the DHA office. We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including secure electronic payments through our resident portal. Residents are also expected to abide by the policies outlined in their lease agreements, including occupancy limits, property care standards, and community rules. A copy of the lease agreement, along with detailed policies such as maintenance procedures, visitor guidelines, and other resident responsibilities, will be provided and available upon request. These policies are designed to protect both residents and the integrity of our housing communities.
